Apertures is a physical study exploring the definitions of aperture and ways to frame surroundings through space.  In this study, three types of openings are defined: center holes, side holes, and corner holes.  Aperture (I) and (II) express these three openings separate from one another and in an orderly manner.  As the three types of openings merge into a single opening in Aperture (III), (IV), and (V), the chaos of the module cork material also increases.  Materiality is represented by the size of cork aggregate and light porosity.
